Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact information page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions or send it to an address on the original shipping label.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct an outbound shipping charge that was originally free. Use a tracked service and keep your shipment receipt.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary return shipping for an issue we are responsible for. The unused, unassembled, and original-packaging requirements do not restrict valid defect or damage claims or your statutory rights.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If your refund has not appeared after that period, contact us for help.

Cancellations and exchanges

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. We will refund an order canceled before dispatch in full. Once dispatched, our return process applies. For a different item, request a return and place a separate order; replacement availability is not guaranteed.

Matching-pair discount

Refunds are based on the amount paid for the returned item after discounts. A partial return from a discounted pair does not increase the price of the item you keep.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
