Shipping destinations

The Cuddle Carry Multifunctional Diaper Backpack is eligible for free shipping to United States and international addresses supported at checkout. All five backpack colors are covered: Pink, Gray, Dark blue, Black, and Green. Other products may have different shipping availability. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

Our order-processing window is 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The existing United States transit estimates begin after dispatch: Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days; Express shipping, when offered at checkout, is estimated at 1–2 business days. Express shipping does not shorten processing time. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. These United States transit estimates do not describe international delivery times. Shipping charges

The Cuddle Carry Multifunctional Diaper Backpack has free United States and international shipping to supported destinations. The following standard and express rates apply to other eligible products: Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $70 or more after discounts and before tax. Standard shipping below that threshold is $8. Express shipping is $15 when available. The options and charges displayed at checkout apply to your order.

Tracking and delays

We will send shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a full refund. We will not extend a shipment delay without any consent required by applicable law.

Address changes, damage, and missing deliveries

Check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a change; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number and, where available, photographs of the packaging and damage. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please retain the packaging while a damage claim is reviewed.
