About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Cuddle Carry online store and purchases made through it. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cuddle Carry. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and return policies presented by our store. Questions can be sent through our Contact information page.
Ordering and payment
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and our ability to fulfill them. If we cannot fulfill an order, or identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you and offer a correction for your approval or cancellation with a full refund of any amount charged for the canceled items. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Products and promotions
Please review the product description before ordering. Colors may vary with screen settings and lighting. Prices or promotions may change for future purchases without changing the price of an accepted order. The automatic matching-pair offer gives 10% off eligible HushStand nightstands when two or more are purchased, subject to the discount shown at checkout. It does not combine with other discounts unless expressly stated.
Delivery, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping policy explains processing, delivery estimates, and shipping charges. Our Return and refund policy explains return eligibility, costs, refunds, cancellations, and damaged or defective items. We will seek any legally required consent for shipping delays and honor cancellation and refund rights.
Using the website
Do not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or misuse other customers’ information. Store content, trademarks, and images may not be copied or commercially reused without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
Privacy and third-party services
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs your purchase and any dispute. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Updates to these terms apply to future use and orders and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
